Course overview
This class prepares Scrum Masters to coach a team that sits on an Agile Release Train, not a standalone Scrum team. You run iteration planning, team sync, and retrospectives, and you help the team plan and execute the PI with the rest of the train. Completing the course is what makes you eligible for the SAFe Scrum Master exam.

Why Agile36
What to check before you book, and how this class is built differently.
Agile36
Learn from Scrum Masters who have coached teams inside real Agile Release Trains. PI Planning, iteration execution, and finishing the PI are taught as job skills — not ceremony scripts.
Other training providers
Team-level Scrum training often skips how the Scrum Master actually supports the ART.
Agile36
Use AI to prepare ceremonies, coaching prompts, and improvement work. Day 2 includes how to augment the Scrum Master role with AI — including risks and responsible use.
Other training providers
Standard SSM classes typically stay inside the published curriculum and skip AI.
Agile36
You practice the Scrum Master job in a SAFe enterprise. Impediments, flow, and PI events are connected to how teams actually deliver on an ART.
Other training providers
Some classes teach Scrum vocabulary without teaching SAFe-scale facilitation.
Agile36
Two exam attempts are included. Exam preparation is incorporated into the training, with a second attempt included if you need it.
Other training providers
Exam retake policies and additional costs vary by provider.
Agile36
Register for the date you want with confidence. Agile36 classes are guaranteed to run, even with a small cohort.
Other training providers
Some providers cancel or consolidate classes when enrollment is low.
Agile36
Leave with skills you can use Monday morning. Apply what you learn to real work — not just questions you'll encounter on the exam.
Other training providers
The learning experience may be optimized primarily around completing the certification.
Skills you will build
Follow the work from core concepts through hands-on practice, application, and measurable capability.
