Refund Policy

At Agile36, we strive to provide exceptional services and support for all our customers. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for purchases made through Agile36. By purchasing a course, training, or service, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

1. Refund Eligibility

1.1 Refunds are only offered if the request is made more than 30 days before the class start date.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to d.stevenson@agile36.com and must fall outside of the 30-day window prior to the class start date.

1.2 Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not applicable to:

  • Purchases made under special pricing or discounts.

  • Purchases made through purchase orders.

  • Services or courses that have already started or been rendered.

  • Micro-learning courses, self-paced courses, digital products, or materials accessed or downloaded by the user.

1.3 Processing Fee

  • All refunds, if approved, will exclude a $100 non-refundable processing fee to cover administrative costs.

2. Refund Process

2.1 Submission of Request

  • To initiate a refund request, email d.stevenson@agile36.com with your full name, order details, and reason for the refund.

2.2 Review and Approval

  • Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days of submission.

  • If approved, you will receive a confirmation email outlining the next steps.

2.3 Timeline for Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days from the date of approval.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Agile36 is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or banks.

3  Late Refund Requests
3.1 Requests Submitted Within 30 Days of the Class Start Date

Refunds are not available for requests made within 30 days of the scheduled class start date, regardless of the reason. All sales are considered final once within this period.

3.2 Discretionary Refunds

  • Refunds granted outside the eligibility window may be subject to additional terms, at the sole discretion of Agile36.

4. Rescheduling Policy

4.1 Flexibility in Rescheduling

  • Customers are permitted to reschedule their course or service to a later date at any time, regardless of when the purchase was made.

  • Rescheduling does not incur any additional fees.

5. Non-Refundable Services

5.1 Non-Refundable Items and Services

  • Services or courses that have already started or been rendered are non-refundable.

  • Microlearning courses, self-paced courses, digital products, or materials accessed or downloaded by the user are non-refundable.

6. Additional Terms

6.1 Changes to Refund Policy

  • Agile36 reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the Refund Policy will be available on our website.

6.2 Disputes

  • Any disputes regarding refunds will be resolved in accordance with Agile36’s Dispute Resolution policy as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
