About this course:
Achieving Responsible AI with SAFe involves a blended learning approach in which learners complete a one-hour e-learning and attend a half-day facilitated session. Additionally, they are invited to review and contribute to a discussion forum on SAFe Studio dedicated to this topic.
The main focus of the facilitated session is to allow learners to practice their learning. They review RAI policies and guidelines, prepare to communicate with stakeholders about RAI, develop an Epic hypothesis statement for an RAI initiative, and create an action plan to progress their initiatives while deepening their understanding of RAI.
Blended Learning Approach:
- E-Learning Module: Participants will begin with a one-hour e-learning course that introduces key concepts and principles of Responsible AI within the SAFe® framework.
- Facilitated Session: The half-day session provides hands-on practice, allowing learners to:
- Review RAI policies and guidelines.
- Prepare to communicate effectively with stakeholders about RAI initiatives.
- Develop an Epic hypothesis statement for an RAI initiative.
- Create an actionable plan to advance their RAI initiatives.
Discussion Forum: Participants are invited to join and contribute to a dedicated discussion forum on SAFe Studio, where they can share insights, ask questions, and collaborate with peers on Responsible AI topics.
